An Eye to the Future
The children born via IVF using egg or sperm donors in the Czech Republic will have no access to their biological origins. I anticipate new social issues that will arise with this population of children born of anonymous foreign gamete donation. I conclude by urging future researchers to continue tracking various guises of fertility tourism. I also argue for a stronger regulation of North American fertility clinics, as well as insurance coverage for those lower class couples that cannot afford treatment.
